Shipping policy

Once your order has been mailed out, you will receive notification and the tracking # via email. If you don’t receive one, please contact me ASAP.

Please know that there is NO GUARANTEE as to when exactly your order will arrive. *There may be delays due to COVID-19 restrictions and/or the holiday season.

Also, please be aware that once the order is in the hands of USPS, I have no control over what happens to the package when it leaves the facility. If your package never arrives, please get in touch with your local post office and provide them with the tracking #. Please contact me as well to let me know the situation and I will do whatever I can to help get things sorted out from my end.

All orders are packaged securely but if for any reason it arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to fix the situation.
